1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Suni BP ("the App"), operated by Vertex Prime Group LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Suni BP is a blood pressure monitoring and wellness companion app that allows users to:

Track and log blood pressure readings
Receive AI-powered health insights and predictions
Manage medications and health journals
Invite monitors (family members, caregivers, doctors) to view their data in read-only mode
Receive health notifications and alerts

3. Subscription Plans

Suni BP offers the following plans:

Subscription fees are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

4. User Accounts

You must create an account to use Suni BP. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

5. Monitor Mode

Monitor Mode allows you to invite third parties (monitors) to view your health data in read-only format and receive health alerts. By inviting a monitor, you consent to sharing your health data with that person. You may revoke monitor access at any time from the app settings.

6. Health Data & Privacy

We collect and process health-related data including blood pressure readings, medication information, and wellness data. This data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your health data to third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in Suni BP including the logo, design, AI models, and features are the exclusive property of Vertex Prime Group LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

8. Feedback

Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us to improve the App without compensation or credit to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vertex Prime Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Suni BP. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
